How do I pay my remaining balance?
You will receive an automatic email 30 days before with a secure link to pay your balance. If you wish to pay sooner - Please click the pink "reply" button on any of the emails we have sent to you, this will open our messaging service in your browser, click the 9 dots located bottom left to pay your remainder. (If booked through an agent all payments will be via them)

Can I pay a deposit?
Yes. When booking direct you can choose to pay a 50% deposit for stays booked at least 6 weeks in advance. 

Do you accept pets?
Yes. We love to meet your pets; we allow up to 3 pets per pitch or property for a small charge. It may be possible to bring more at a manager’s discretion.

Do you accept group bookings?
We welcome respectful and well-behaved group bookings. To maintain the tranquil atmosphere here at Wallace Lane Farm Holiday Park we expect mutual respect for others on site and kindly ask that noise is kept to a minimum.

Can I pick my own pitch?
You are welcome to request a pitch, however, please note that this is just a request, we may not be able to accommodate the request at peak times.

Can I pitch near my friends or family?
While we strive to pitch campers together for groups during peak times this may not always be feasible. However, to increase the likelihood of camping together we recommend that all members of your group are booked under a single reservation.

Do you allow fire pits & BBQs?
Fire pits and BBQs are not just allowed... they are encouraged! We love to see you cooking up a delicious meal or toasting marshmallows over an open fire. We just ask that you use them responsibly and keep them off decking. Logs are available to purchase from our onsite shop.

What is there for kids to do onsite?
With vast open spaces children can enjoy the great outdoors, kick a ball about, fly a kite, paddle in the stream, explore the enchanting fairy glen, roast marshmallows over an open fire or attempt to build a den.

Do you provide bedding & towels?
Yes, we provide bedding and towels in all our accommodation. We also provide fairy liquid, handwash and toiletries in the bathroom.

Can I pitch a tent on one of the Hot Tub pitches?
Yes. We recommend you bring a tent footprint/groundsheet and use rock pegs.

Where are the Hot Tub Pitches located?
Pitches 13 & 14 and 45 to 48. Please see our map.

I have a discount code, where do I enter this?
On our booking page at the top of the page on the right next to where you select your dates and number of guests.

Can I amend my booking?
Amendments of the booking 30 days before the arrival date will be subject to a £25 admin fee and any third- party fees incurred. Amendments after this time cannot be made.

Are the gardens at your accommodation secure?
Some of our properties have secure fenced decking. Those that have a garden are fenced off, but it would depend how much of an escape artist your dog is.  

Can I park next to my pitch?
Yes you can fit one car on every pitch. Some accommodate more than 1 car which is an extra £5 per night.

Do you allow commercial vehicles?
Yes.

Do you have an adverse weather policy?
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover your stay as bookings are none refundable and we have no control over the weather.
