Our staff are happy to talk to you and take bookings over the telephone, email, social media, or face to face.
A copy of this access statement can be available in large print via post or email upon request.
We recommend you arrive using a vehicle. Note the roads are also narrow in places. Local public transport is very limited in our area and there are no buses or trains within 3 miles.
When arriving at Reception there is one step and a single width door.
Parking bays are located next to reception, but we are always happy to assist you and come over to you if you require this. We can assist guests with luggage if required.
Assistance dogs are welcome and accepted in all areas of the park, water bowls are available.
Our laundry room has a single width door with small step to it. Our laundry room is open 24/7.
Our current Toilets and shower blocks are single width doors. We have some family bathrooms available which contain a shower, basin, and toilet. Changing mat, highchair and travel cots are available on request. Our toilets and showers are open 24/7.
Self-Catering Accommodation - All accommodation is dog friendly and has single width door access. Most have 3-4 steps up to them. All accommodation has showers, some also have a bath. Most of our accommodation is all on one level once inside. All have central heating and subtitles are available on all TVs. Please see property details on our website or contact us to discuss your needs.
Campsite - Please contact us prior to arrival to discuss with staff what your needs are when camping or touring, we will advise on where is best to pitch based on your needs as some pitches may be more suitable than others.
Our roads on site are hardstanding gravel with the rest of the holiday park grass.
We have no street lighting, and the holiday park is very dark in the evenings and at night.

Our staff can help provide you with names and contact details of local medical services, including, hospitals, doctors, and dentists. We can also provide you with taxi numbers that can cater to disabled visitors.

This year we have plans to replace one of our toilet and shower blocks with a new more accessible unit. This will include disabled facilities and better access into the toilet and shower block.
We are working on identifying disabled parking/camping spots around the holiday park.
