Accommodation comprises of an open plan lounge/ dinning/ kitchen, with wood burning stove, flat-screen TV, and modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, and cooker, all kitchen equipment and utensils.
On the first floor is a large open plan bedroom with king size bed, lots of storage and flat screen TV. There is a separate spacious shower room with W/C and wash basin.
To the rear of the property is an enclosed private garden with a stream running through it. There is also a patio area, small lawn, and a pond. It also boasts a private hot tub with one of the best views in Cumbria.
We welcome pets in all our cottages. We have free high speed Wi-Fi in all parts of the cottage and gardens. Free off-road parking and access to our 23 acres of land.
